Your finances in certified hands.

Is Your Practice Experiencing Any Of These?

Your accountants spend too much time on bookkeeping instead of advisory.

You can’t hire experienced local bookkeepers fast enough.

BAS and month-end work creates constant, stressful bottlenecks.

Staff turnover is severely affecting your client delivery.

Growing your client base means constantly increasing payroll overhead.

You want to increase profits without increasing office footprint.

If you answered “Yes” to even one of these, our white label bookkeeping team can help.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between white-label bookkeeping and hiring my own offshore staff?

When you hire offshore staff directly, you are responsible for their recruitment, training, management, IT infrastructure, and quality control. With Knight CFO’s white-label solution, you are partnering with an established, Australian-led service. We provide pre-vetted, fully trained bookkeepers, cover all management and HR overheads, and run the work through our own rigorous, local quality assurance processes before it reaches your desk.

How do you ensure compliance with Australian payroll and ATO requirements?

Our team is extensively trained in Australian compliance. We stay fully up-to-date with ATO requirements, including Single Touch Payroll (STP) Phase 2 reporting, Superannuation Guarantee (SG) changes, award rate interpretations, and PAYG withholding. Furthermore, all files are overseen by a locally-based Registered BAS Agent to ensure total accuracy before your Tax Agent lodges them.

Do you communicate directly with our clients?

This depends entirely on the delivery model you choose. For our true White-Label models, we act as a seamless extension of your firm. We can communicate directly with your clients to chase receipts or resolve queries, but we always use your firm’s email domain (e.g., bookkeeping@yourfirm.com.au). To your clients, we are simply your internal bookkeeping department.

How do you manage data security and the Australian Privacy Act?

We take data sovereignty and privacy very seriously. We operate strictly within the guidelines of the Australian Privacy. All client data is processed using secure, bank-level encrypted cloud infrastructure and VPNs. We do not store your clients’ financial data on local, unsecured machines, and every team member is bound by strict, legally enforceable confidentiality agreements.

How does the quality assurance and review process work?

We don’t just process data; we review it. Before any month-end report or BAS preparation file is handed back to your senior accountants, it goes through a multi-tier review process. This includes a final review by our local Australian management team to ensure the work mirrors your exact practice manual standards and is completely error-free.

Who is liable for the bookkeeping work provided?

Knight CFO carries its own Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance. Because we operate under the supervision of a Registered BAS Agent (for BAS/IAS preparation services), we take responsibility for the accuracy of the bookkeeping and payroll processing we deliver, significantly reducing the professional risk placed on your firm’s partners.

Do I need to change my firm’s software stack to work with you?

No. We are software agnostic, though we are specialists in the major platforms used by Australian firms, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online. We also integrate seamlessly with your existing receipt and workflow management tools, such as Dext, Hubdoc, Karbon, or Asana. We map our workflows to your systems, not the other way around.

Can we start with just one or two clients to test the service?

Absolutely. We recommend a phased approach for firms new to outsourcing. Because we have zero lock-in contracts and flexible scaling, you can start by handing over a few messy ledgers or time-consuming payroll clients to test our quality and turnaround times. Once you are comfortable with our workflow, you can scale up your delegated tasks as needed.
